When you can cancel an order, and how refunds are handled.
You can request cancellation any time before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — it would need to be handled as a return instead (see our Returns & Exchange Policy).
To request a cancellation, contact us via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number.
For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment is taken until delivery, so a cancelled order before dispatch has nothing to refund. For an order cancelled or returned after payment (once online payment is active), refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
[Pending] — a specific refund processing timeframe needs to be confirmed and published; Indian banking regulations expect refunds within a reasonable period of the request being approved.
